What are your hours of operation? Magic City Casino is open 7 days a week from Sun - Thurs: 10am - 4am & Fri - Sat: 10am - 5am. The Magic City Poker Room is open daily Sun - Thurs: 12pm - 4am & Fri - Sat: 12pm - 5am.
What are the age limits to gamble at your facility? You must be over 21 to enter the casino floor. You can be 18 or older in order to play
poker and wager on races.
Where are you located? We are conveniently located in the heart of Miami on the corner of NW 7th Street and 37th Avenue (Douglas Road).
The facility is easily accessible off the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836) at the 37th Avenue (Douglas Road) or 42nd Avenue (LeJeune Road)
exits. Magic City Casino is located only five minutes from Miami International Airport, five minutes from Downtown Miami and 15 minutes from
South Beach.
Do you offer transportation to the casino? We have a free hotel shuttle service that is available every day starting at 5pm, which services many local hotels. We also offer on-demand transportation service from Miami Beach hotels starting at 5pm for parties of 4 or more. Please call 786-443-8840 to coordinate your hotel pickups after 5pm. We also have a free shuttle that departs from 1555 Washington Ave. in Miami Beach Thursdays through Sundays at both 2pm and 6pm. Transportation is always free of charge.
Are you a non smoking casino? Magic City Casino is a non smoking casino. Smoking is not at all allowed indoors. If you do wish to smoke, there are designated smoking areas located outside the casino and poker room.
PLAYERS CLUB
Is there any cost to sign up to the Players Club? Membership in the Magic City Casino Players Club is completely free.
Why should I get a Players Club card? A Players Club card is one of the many ways you can receive benefits from your play! As you play, you begin to accumulate points to move up to the next level and comp points that can be redeemed for great prizes at any level. You can check with anyone at the Players Club to learn about the many benefits of being a Players Club member.
RACING
Are you still holding live greyhound racing? The Fabulous Flagler Dog Track is still operational and runs races from June – October. For the most updated racing info, please visit http://www.magiccitycasino.com/dogracing.html.
Can someone under the age of 21 watch the dog races? The dog races are open to spectators of all ages, but you must be at least 18 years of age to be able to wager on the races.
FOOD AT MAGIC CITY CASINO
What food outlets are available at Magic City Casino? There are multiple food outlets available. Our food options include the Casino Concessions stand, which features a daily hot special and soup special. The Big Mouth Cafe has an "A La Carte" menu and a buffet. The "A La Carte" menu serves a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, house specialties and desserts. Prices range from $3.00 to no more than $15.95 for a meal. This menu is available for Monday's dinner through Friday's lunch. Our buffet is served every Friday and Saturday evening from 6pm to 11pm and every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm. Friday's buffet features several varieties of seafood, while Saturday's buffet changes weekly. On Sundays, we have a special Brunch buffet, featuring some of your favorite breakfast and lunch items. Our buffets are always all-you-can-eat, so you will definitely be satisfied with your meal!
Do I need to make a reservation? Reservations are not required for the Big Mouth Cafe. We have ample seating, so just feel free to walk up, and our staff will happily seat you.
How often do you have food truck events? The Wheelin’ Dealin’ Food Fest takes place the third Saturday of each month until May. Come out with the whole family and enjoy a wide selection of food choices from Miami’s best mobile kitchens!
ENTERTAINMENT
What type of entertainment do you offer at the facility? During our entertainment season, we offer a variety of live music events and special competitions. For the latest info, check out our events calendar at http://www.magiccitycasino.com/calendar.html.
How can I purchase concert tickets? Tickets can be purchased online at http://www.magiccitycasino.com/liveevent.html, which will take you to the Live Events tab on our website. There you can browse through our shows and click “Buy Now” to purchase seats. You can also buy tickets by phone by calling the box office at 305-460-6579. Can people under 21 attend the concerts? Guests of all ages are welcome at our concerts. The concert area is accessible without having to go through the casino or poker room, so there is no problem with younger concert fans!

What is Secada’s and when is it open? Secada’s at Magic City Casino is an outdoor lounge featuring a special drink and appetizers menu. Secada’s is open seasonally Thursday – Sunday from 6pm – 12am. Secada’s features a variety of live music performances from local and world-renowned acts. Enjoy the great Miami atmosphere and dance the night away.
