Beginning January 1, 2026 the federal reporting threshold for  jackpots increased from $1,200 to $2,000. Any win between $1,200 and $1,999 will be hand paid with no federal taxes withheld.

We are actively working to update our game settings across the casino floor, but as of January 1, we will only file W-2G’s for jackpots hitting above the new $2,000 threshold.
